Rod Williams

President, CEO

Rod Williams is President, CEO, and founder of the OMNI Group, Inc. Through the years it is estimated that Rod has given over 1000 presentations, lectures and workshops on 403(b) compliance to school business officials, administrators, human resource officers, payroll staff, attorneys, and the investment community. He has been asked to present at the International Conference for School Business Officials (ASBO) seven times, and with his partner, Nina Rovinski, has led OMNI to National prominence with clients in twenty two (22) states. In 2009, Rod led OMNI to the “National Small Business of the Year” award presented by the National Small Business Association, was named to “Who’s Who” among business executives in America, and received the Harvard Business Review’s highest award among business executives. Today, Rod is an “in-demand” speaker and consultant for numerous organizations seeking advice on IRS compliance of their 403(b) program and is considered one of the leading authorities on the subject in the country.

Rod holds a degree in psychology from the State University of New York at Brockport.
