Implementation Team
The Implementation Team trains and prepares each new client to fully benefit from our services. This process provides a detailed review of all the steps that must be completed through the start-up phase and includes a review of the current standing of your plan document.

Customer Care Team
OMNI's In-house Customer Care Team receives over 65,000 calls annually and provides prompt service to plan participants and their advisors concerning a variety of 403(b)/457(b) related questions. All calls are answered by a live representative and are recorded for training and quality assurance. The call-center is available from 7:30A.M. - 8:00P.M. EST during the business work week and is staffed with bi-lingual representatives to handle all participant questions and concerns.

Compliance Team
The Compliance Team provides expert guidance and advice, ensuring that your plan operates in accordance with all IRS regulations, with oversight from in-house legal counsel. Your dedicated compliance specialist provides on-going assistance and guidance to those overseeing your plan.

Remittance Team
The Remittance Team serves as common remitter on your behalf, promptly remitting all funds to the appropriate participating investment provider. Your dedicated remittance specialist will provide on-going assistance and guidance to payroll and administrative staff. OMNI processes approximately 30,000 remittances to 200 Investment Providers on behalf of 300,000+ participants. This amounts to over one billion dollars in contribution funds being forwarded to the Investment Providers annually. OMNI takes this responsibility seriously and we believe the numbers speak for themselves.

Investment Provider Team
The Investment Provider Team processes approximately 40,000 transactions per year for ALL participants in the plan, including both active and retired employees. The average processing time for these requests is 3 to 4 business days. The team provides an interface for investment provider personnel, relieving the district of this interaction and helps to facilitate some of the most efficient transaction processing in the industry.

IT Team
OMNI provides industry leading technology which has been consistently improved over the years based on feedback from our clients, participants, and service providers. All of our proprietary software systems, --- including OMNI's database for daily compliance and remittance administration, OMNI Online for client communication, and OMNI's website--- are designed, developed, and maintained in-house. OMNI realizes the importance of data security, redundancy and disaster recovery. With this in mind, OMNI has preventative measures in place. Some of the measures implemented at OMNI: a company security policy, complete data and application back-ups weekly and incremental back-ups daily, data storage both locally for quick recovery and offsite for security, strong and multiple passwords. OMNI's disaster recovery plan provides that personnel can, in an unplanned incident, work at an off-site location, providing the ability for both OMNI and its clients to conduct business in their normal fashion.
